Checking In on My LOFT101.net Office Project: The Logistics


Hi There!
I just wanted to check in with you and update you on how things are going with my LOFT101.net Office Project.  I’m still in the process of cleaning out the room and will be sharing more pictures with you this week.  I’m beginning to see some progress, as I get rid of a lot of things I won't need to keep. 
Oh, I almost forgot, I need to discuss the logistics of this project with you.  Remember logistics?  Ok, if not, pretend that you do, to make me feel good ;-).  Seriously, remember how I told you that, logistics is the key element in ensuring that the resources I need for this project, are in place.  Also, that I need to be sure I am starting at the right place (strategically) with consideration to other projects I want to do and that it’s the right time to take this effort on.  Lastly, that I've set a timeline of when I want to start/finish and that my finances are in order to implement and execute my project successfully. Decorating should be fun, not a hardship. So, logistically speaking, I want to make sure I have everything in order. 
Here I go again...remember, how I also mentioned early on, that I work best when I can see something on paper (see the Logistics tab).  Well, I have done that!  It’s nothing pretty as you can see and yours does not have to be anything special either.  You can jot your ideas and notes down on anything.  If you like white or chalk boards, then put your plan down on those.  Just ensure that you journal everything you need to do, to make your project happens.  This will allow you to stay focused.  As long as you can read what you wrote, that’s what’s important!
